Evernorth —
2020 Drug Trend Report: Digital Experience

The Brief —
Evernorth is a health services brand built on the recognition that health makes progress possible. In late 2020, they needed help in creating and launching their Annual Drug Trend Report, that looks at medications Americans took to get and stay healthy in 2020 by diving deep into the latest trends in drug usage and costs. This annual report helps inform their consumers on how best to pick and choose what medical plans might be suited for them.

The Outcome —
In close collaboration with the Evernorth team and healthcare professionals, we developed an authentic, accessible, and immersive digital report. This not only boosted interactivity and user engagement but also established it as an ongoing tool for consumers to reference in decision-making. It’s more than a report; it’s become an elevating experience.

My Role —
As a designer, I partnered with copywriters and strategists to efficiently structure and decode intricate medical data and terminology. I closely collaborated with product designers to rigorously assess and develop the digital experience, starting from wireframes. Additionally, I conceptualized, generated, and implemented the design system to enhance the visualization and overall user experience of the report.
